Well, I guess I'm off to the races!
I've been thinking of starting a blog for a while, but hadn't yet...But a dear friend from college started one up and I loved reading her's so much that I thought the time was ripe. As of yet, I'm still forming my ideas of what I really want to do with this.
However, this is a beginning...

I am also curious about black currant jam and would like to learn more about it. I've never tried it before. I have heard that it tastes like blackberries. Is that true? Do you know where I can go to learn more about it? Thanks. :)
