A palm

I find palm trees to be fascinating.

After seeing all of those beautiful pictures, I though that it was high time for me to figure out how to share photos too. We were blessed with yet another beautiful day and I had the opportunity to take a little walk around our neighborhood with my poor neglected camera.

I always feel so self-conscious when I take photographs of objects and of scenery. I really don’t know why. It’s like I have an imaginary audience. I guess that I’m just so aware of what I’m doing that some adolescent part of my brain thinks that everybody else must paying just as much attention to my actions as I am. Logically, I know this is obscured, but that really doesn’t help in the moment.
