A Celebration of 3 Years!!!

I can’t believe that it’s been 3 whole years now since I quit smoking. While time has flown by, it now seems hard to believe that I ever smoked. But I did. I’m so glad that I am now free of the nicodemon.

I must give thanks to Quitnet for helping me with it. I still receive the occasional email from them cheering me on and it’s hard not to feel good about yourself when you are reminded of your successes.

YAY! I can hardly believe I smoked either. Though I had a slight relapse in 2004 for a few months. But it was short and I was able to give it up.
Congrats to you and baby thanks you too!

Good for you. Funny Ottawa and Montreal went smoke free in public paces on May 31 too. Funny coincidence or unsmoking karma?

I guess with some of the monye you saved will go straight to little Liam now. :-)
